ऑनलाइन आवेदन :

i) पोस्ट पैरामीटर: - पोस्ट पैरामीटर तालिका के उम्मीदवार के पद (एस) का पता लगा सकते हैं जिसके लिए वह योग्यता के अनुसार पात्र है, PwBD जैसी श्रेणियां और चिकित्सा मानक आदि।
ii) रिक्ति तालिका: - अपने पात्रता के लिए RRB के खिलाफ अधिसूचित सभी पदों की रिक्ति के व्यापक विवरण का पता लगाने के लिए, उम्मीदवार खोज मेनू से RRB की ड्रॉप डाउन सूची से RRB का चयन कर सकते हैं और सभी रिक्तियों की रिक्तियों को देख सकते हैं पात्रता मापदंडों का चयन करने पर उस आरआरबी से जुड़ी विभिन्न रेलवे / इकाइयों के खिलाफ अधिसूचित पद।
iii) रिक्ति तालिका की जांच करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार आरआरबी तय कर सकते हैं जिसके लिए वे विधिवत आवेदन करना चाहते हैं ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि रिक्ति उनकी योग्यता और समुदाय / PwBD / ExSM श्रेणी के लिए मौजूद है। एक बार आरआरबी का चयन हो जाने के बाद, प्रारंभिक पंजीकरण पूरा हो जाता है और पंजीकरण संख्या आवंटित हो जाती है, किसी भी परिस्थिति में आरआरबी को बदलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए कदम:

पैरा 15.0 ए, बी, सी और डी से ऊपर की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद और निम्नलिखित कार्य करें:
a) उस आरआरबी का चयन करें जिस पर आप आवेदन करना चाहते हैं। कृपया ध्यान रखें कि प्रारंभिक पंजीकरण पूरा होने और पंजीकरण संख्या आवंटित होने के बाद एक बार चयनित आरआरबी को नहीं बदला जा सकता है।
b) पुष्टि करें कि आपने चेक बॉक्स पर क्लिक करके निर्देशों को स्पष्ट रूप से पढ़ा और समझा है। "नया पंजीकरण" पर क्लिक करें
c) पंजीकरण विवरण: अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि और पिता का नाम पैरा निर्देशों के अनुसार 1.7, माता का नाम, आधार संख्या, एसएसएलसी / मैट्रिक / आईटीआई रोल नंबर, वर्ष का उत्तीर्ण, मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल-आईडी और आईडी दर्ज करें फिर पंजीकरण के लिए सबमिट करें। पंजीकरण के लिए प्रस्तुत करने से पहले, सुनिश्चित करें और पुष्टि करें कि उपरोक्त सभी जानकारी सही हैं क्योंकि पंजीकरण के लिए प्रस्तुत विवरण बाद में नहीं बदला जा सकता है। कृपया ध्यान दें कि पंजीकरण के लिए उपयोग की गई ईमेल आईडी आपकी और अनूठी होनी चाहिए। यह भी ध्यान दें कि ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर दोनों को वन टाइम पासवर्ड (ओटीपी) के साथ ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया के दौरान सत्यापित किया जाएगा।
d) ओटीपी के माध्यम से ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर का सत्यापन: प्राथमिक विवरण प्रस्तुत करने पर, पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड उम्मीदवार को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, पंजीकरण विवरण के साथ ओटीपी पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल पर भेजा जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को ई-मेल और मोबाइल से ओटीपी प्राप्त करना चाहिए और फिर आवेदन भरने और भुगतान करने के लिए ओटीपी दर्ज करना होगा। उम्मीदवार भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान बाद के संदर्भ के लिए अपने पंजीकरण संख्या को नोट करें और संरक्षित करें, पंजीकरण संख्या मांगने के लिए आरआरबी किसी भी अनुरोध का मनोरंजन नहीं करेगा।
e) उम्मीदवार पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके होम पेज पर "पहले से पंजीकृत" बटन पर क्लिक करके ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ आगे बढ़ सकते हैं।
f) भाग 1 के आवेदन पृष्ठ में, शैक्षिक योग्यता, समुदाय, लिंग, धर्म, पूर्व एसएम, पीडब्ल्यूडी, अल्पसंख्यक, आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्ग और आयु में छूट श्रेणी के विवरण लागू और अन्य विवरण प्रदान करें।
g) भाग II आवेदन पृष्ठ में, का विवरण भरें:
i। परीक्षा समूह: -यदि उम्मीदवार एक से अधिक परीक्षा समूह के लिए पात्र है, तो उसे किसी एक को चुनना होगा। दूसरों के लिए, पात्र परीक्षा समूह प्रदर्शित किया जाता है।
ii। पदों के लिए प्राथमिकता / प्राथमिकताएँ निर्धारित करें: यदि उम्मीदवार अपनी शैक्षणिक योग्यता और सुसज्जित अन्य विवरणों के आधार पर एक से अधिक पदों के लिए पात्र है, तो उसे इन पदों के लिए प्राथमिकता / प्राथमिकताएँ निर्धारित करनी होंगी। पदों की सूची (चुने गए आरआरबी में) जिसके लिए एक उम्मीदवार पात्र है, प्रदर्शित किया जाता है। इसी तरह, यदि चुने गए आरआरबी में एक से अधिक रेलवे / उत्पादन इकाई के लिए रिक्तियां हैं, तो ऐसी सभी रेलवे / उत्पादन इकाइयों के लिए रिक्तियां जिनके लिए एक उम्मीदवार पात्र है, को सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को प्रत्येक पोस्ट के लिए टेक्स्टबॉक्स में अपनी प्राथमिकता / प्राथमिकता संख्या को भरना चाहिए, जिसके लिए वे आरआरबी में आवेदन कर रहे हैं।
h) भुगतान और बैंक खाता विवरण:
i। ऊपर के रूप में आवेदन विवरण पूरा होने पर, उम्मीदवार को भुगतान मोड यानी बैंक (ऑनलाइन नेट बैंकिंग / क्रेडिट कार्ड / डेबिट कार्ड / यूपीआई और ऑफलाइन चालान) या पोस्ट ऑफिस चालान चुनने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाएगा जैसा कि पैरा 7.1 में बताया गया है और पूरा करें भुगतान प्रक्रिया। भुगतान की विधि का चयन करें और भुगतान प्रक्रिया का मुकाबला करें। कृपया भुगतान की प्रत्येक विधि के लिए निर्दिष्ट अंतिम तिथि और समय को नोट करें और समय में आवेदन को अच्छी तरह से जमा करें।
ii। बैंक-ऑफलाइन मोड के माध्यम से भुगतान करने वालों को भुगतान की पुष्टि में 2 घंटे लग सकते हैं और इसलिए उन्हें 2 घंटे बाद फिर से लॉगिन करना होगा और भुगतान की स्थिति की पुष्टि करनी होगी।
iii। भुगतान की पुष्टि की समय अवधि डाकघर के भुगतान के मामले में 24 बजे से 48 बजे तक भिन्न होगी।
i) PwBD कैंडिडेट्स के लिए Scribe: यदि आप PwBD कैंडिडेट के लिए योग्य हैं तो Scribe के लिए इंडिकेट विकल्प। केवल नेत्रहीनों (VI) / उम्मीदवारों से पीड़ित अभ्यर्थी जिनकी लेखन की गति लोको मोटर विकलांगता (एक हाथ) से प्रभावित है, इस CEN के खिलाफ Scribe का लाभ उठाने के लिए पात्र हैं।
j) विस्तृत शैक्षिक योग्यता: आवेदन में आवश्यक योग्यता पर सभी प्रासंगिक जानकारी को प्रस्तुत करें
k) परीक्षा भाषा की पसंद: - अंग्रेजी डिफ़ॉल्ट भाषा है। यदि उम्मीदवार किसी अन्य भाषा को चुनना चाहता है, तो उसे भाषाओं की ड्रॉप डाउन सूची से चुना जा सकता है। सूचीबद्ध भाषाएँ असमिया, बंगाली, गुजराती, हिंदी, कन्नड़, कोंकणी, मलयालम, मणिपुरी, मराठी, ओडिया, पंजाबी, तमिल, तेलुगु और उर्दू हैं। अंग्रेजी और चुने हुए भाषा के बीच के प्रश्नों में किसी अंतर / विसंगति / विवाद के मामले में, अंग्रेजी संस्करण की सामग्री प्रबल होगी।
l) शेष क्षेत्रों को पूरा करें उदा। मातृभाषा, तिल / पहचान चिह्न, पता आदि।

विषय मानचित्रण तालिका :

उपरोक्त योग्यता वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को उपरोक्त चार्ट के अनुसार परीक्षा समूह में परीक्षण किया जाएगा। हालांकि, बीई / बीटेक (कंप्यूटर विज्ञान) या बीई / बीटेक (सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी) की शैक्षिक योग्यता वाले उम्मीदवार जेई (एस एंड टी विभाग) और जेई (आईटी) दोनों पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, या तो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स का विकल्प चुनना होगा। और संबद्ध इंजीनियरिंग परीक्षा समूह या कंप्यूटर विज्ञान और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी परीक्षा समूह। डीएमएस (डिपो मैटेरियल सुपरिटेंडेंट) के पद के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता इंजीनियरिंग में थ्री इयर्स डिप्लोमा है, यानी किसी भी इंजीनियरिंग विषय में थ्री इयर्स डिप्लोमा वाला अभ्यर्थी इन पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। इस CEN के ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए पंजीकरण के दौरान शैक्षिक योग्यता वाली अभ्यर्थियों को उपरोक्त चार्ट में पता नहीं लगाना चाहिए और DMS पदों के लिए पात्र होना होगा, जो CMA परीक्षा समूह के अलावा अन्य उपरोक्त सूचीबद्ध परीक्षा समूहों में से किसी एक को चुनना है।

एक उम्मीदवार जो एक से अधिक न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता रखता है, विभिन्न परीक्षा समूहों के लिए मैप किया जाता है, वह किसी एक परीक्षा समूह का चयन कर सकता है। ये उम्मीदवार उन सभी पदों के लिए पात्र होंगे जिनके लिए वे न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता रखते हैं।

पद के लिए चिकित्सा मानक :

DV के लिए बुलाए गए उम्मीदवारों को रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा आयोजित मेडिकल फिटनेस टेस्ट (एस) पास करना होगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि उम्मीदवार पद के साथ जुड़े कर्तव्यों को पूरा करने के लिए चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट हैं। विजुअल एक्युआईटी स्टैंडर्ड रेलवे कर्मचारियों की चिकित्सा फिटनेस के महत्वपूर्ण मानदंडों में से एक है। विभिन्न श्रेणियों के लिए विभिन्न चिकित्सा मानकों के खिलाफ चिकित्सा आवश्यकताओं को नीचे उल्लिखित किया गया है:

नोट: उपरोक्त चिकित्सा मानक सांकेतिक हैं और संपूर्ण नहीं हैं और सामान्य रूप से उम्मीदवारों पर लागू होते हैं। उम्मीदवारों को भारत के अध्याय 5 को पढ़ने की सलाह दी जाती है n रेलवे मेडिकल मैनुअल Vol.I जिसे www.indianrailways.gov.in पर देखा जा सकता है। जिन उम्मीदवारों के पास दुर्दम्य त्रुटि को ठीक करने के लिए लसिक सर्जरी या किसी अन्य सर्जरी की प्रक्रिया हुई है, वे मेडिकल मानक A3, B1 और B2 के पद के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं। भूतपूर्व सैनिक भारतीय रेलवे मेडिकल मैनुअल (IRMM) वॉल्यूम I के पैरा 534 में विस्तृत रूप से भूतपूर्व सैनिकों पर लागू होंगे, जिन्हें www.indianrailways.gov.in पर देखा जा सकता है।

All the candidates with the above qualification shall be tested in the Exam Group mapped as per the above chart. However,candidates with educational qualification of BE/B.Tech (Computer Science) or BE/B.Tech (Information Technology), applying for both the posts of JE(S&T Department) and JE (IT), have to opt for either Electronics and Allied Engineering Exam Group or Computer Science and Information Technology Exam Group. The educational qualification for the post of DMS (Depot Material Superintendent) is Three Years Diploma in Engineering i.e a candidate with Three Years Diploma in any of Engineering disciplines, can apply for these posts as applicable. Candidates with educational qualifications not figuring in the above chart and eligible for DMS posts have to choose any one of the above listed Exam Groups other than CMA Exam Group, during the registration for online applications of this CEN.

A candidate possessing more than one minimum educational qualification, mapped to different Exam Groups, can choose  any one Exam Group. These candidates would be eligible for all the posts for which they possess minimum educational  qualifications.

(a) Candidates must read all the information and instructions carefully before filling the online application to prevent mistakes.
(b) Candidates must first 'Create an account' for this CEN through the link given in the official RRB websites at Para 15 (g) below. They must have an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID for receiving OTPs for account creation. No change in details filled in 'Create an Account' form (including mobile number and email ID) will be permitted later. If a candidate has already created an Account for CENs notified in 2024, he/she should use same account credentials to log in and apply for this CEN (i.e., CEN No. 03/2024) as well. 
(c) Candidates can apply for the notified posts of any one RRB as per their eligibility only through ONLINE application mode by visiting the official website of RRBs listed at Para 15 (g). Read all the Information and Instructions detailed in the CEN thoroughly before starting the filling up of application by clicking the CEN.03/2024 Link on the RRB Website. It is essential that the candidate understands all information of the CEN correctly to prevent any mistakes while filling application. 
(d) Scribe for PwBD Candidates: Indicate option for scribe if you are a PwBD candidate and eligible for scribe. Only the candidates suffering from Visually Impairment (VI) or the candidates whose writing speed is affected by Cerebral Palsy/muscular dystrophy/candidates with Locomotor disability (one arm)/intellectual disability (Autism, specific learning disability and mental illness) are eligible for availing scribe against this CEN. In case you have firmed up the scribe, then enter the details of scribe such as name, father's name, educational qualification etc. The scribe so arranged should not himself/herself be the candidate for the notification for which the candidate is appearing and same scribe should not be engaged for more than one candidate. 
(e) Mandatory scanned documents to be kept ready before filling the online application: 

i. Recent, clear colour passport size photograph (against a plain white background) of the candidate in JPEG image (size 30 to 70 KB) - without wearing dark glasses and/or cap.
Note: Candidates must have at least 12 (twelve) copies of the same photograph for future use during the recruitment process.
ii. Scanned JPEG image of candidate's signature in running handwriting (size 30 to 70 KB).
iii. SC/ST Certificate (only for candidates requesting free pass for train travel) in pdf format (up to 500 KB).
iv. PwBD candidates should also upload passport size photograph as per above specifications only (and not the full body photograph used in the disability certificate).
v. Scribe (Applicable to eligible PwBD candidates only): Provide details of Scribe duly uploading his/her passport size photograph (against a plain white background) of the scribe in JPEG image (size 30 to 70 KB) - without wearing dark glasses and/or cap. Furnishing of information of Scribe is mandatory.

Change of Scribe at the exam venue is generally not permitted. However, under exceptional circumstances the change may be allowed duly recording reasons and filling the relevant details including photograph of the Scribe.

Based on the performance in the 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted during the period from 09.08.2018 to 04.09.2018 by Railway Recruitment Boards for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians against CEN 01/2018, candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed hereinunder who have secured their respective community wise qualifying marks have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the 2nd Stage CBT. The community wise qualifying marks :- UR: 40, OBC-NCL: 30, SC: 30, ST: 25 (Please refer Para 13.1 of CEN 01/2018 in this regard). For PWD candidates the qualifying mark is relaxed by 2 marks from their respective community qualifying marks.

The 2nd Stage CBT for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians against CEN 01/2018 for the provisionally qualified candidates for 2nd stage CBT is scheduled from 20.01.2019 to 23.01.2019. All these candidates shall be advised through official website of RRBs / SMS / Email to download their Exam City Intimation about 10 days prior to the 2nd Stage CBT. The e-call letter will be available for download 4 days prior to CBT date.

Candidates can view their individual scores and their qualifying status for 2nd Stage CBT by logging in through the link provided on the official website of RRBs duly entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth. On login, candidates can also see their question paper in which he/she has appeared along with the correct answer marked among the four options. This facility will be available only up to 19.01.2019. The candidature of all the qualified candidates for 2nd Stage CBT is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency in the data furnished or any malpractice on part of candidates coming to the notice of RRB. It may be noted that merely calling a candidate for 2nd Stage CBT does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in the Railways.

login, candidates can also see their question paper in which he/she has appeared along with the correct answer marked among the four options. This facility will be available only up to 19.01.2019. The candidature of all the qualified candidates for 2nd Stage CBT is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency in the data furnished or any malpractice on part of candidates coming to the notice of RRB. It may be noted that merely calling a candidate for 2nd Stage CBT does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in the Railways.

Based on the performance in the 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted during the period from 09.08.2018 to 04.09.2018 by Railway Recruitment Boards for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians against CEN 01/2018, candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed hereinunder who have secured their respective community wise qualifying marks have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the 2nd Stage  CBT. The community wise qualifying marks :- UR: 40, OBC-NCL: 30, SC: 30, ST: 25 (Please refer Para 13.1 of CEN 01/2018 in this regard). For PWD candidates the qualifying mark is relaxed by 2 marks from their respective community qualifying marks.

The 2nd Stage CBT for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians against CEN 01/2018 for the provisionally qualified candidates for 2nd stage CBT is scheduled from 20.01.2019 to 23.01.2019. All these candidates shall be advised through official website of RRBs / SMS / Email to download their Exam City Intimation about 10 days prior to the 2nd Stage CBT. The e-call letter will be available for download 4 days prior to CBT date.
