How to Apply:

General instruction to the candidates:
(a) Applications must be submitted online only on the web address www.apprenticeship.gov.in
(b) If a candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC community, he should upload recent caste certificate issued by competent authority on the above web portal.
(c) Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
(d) No Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance shall be paid to the candidates.
(e) The candidates will have to upload soft/scanned copy of present passport size colour photograph and scanned signature along with necessary documents pertaining to educational/technical qualification on the website.
(f) Candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to produce the required original testimonials for verification or any discrepancy noticed.
(g) If it is noticed by the railway administration that the applicant has fumished wrong/fake /false certificates, the Railway administration reserves the right to discharge the candidate/selected candidate at any stage without notice even after his selection to undergo training.
(h) The Railway administration does not undertake any responsibility for sending reply to the candidate either selected or otherwise. No correspondence in respect of the applications submitted shall be entertained or replied by this offlce to any individual or organization.

ऑनलाइन अर्जी कीजिए :

सब-इंस्पेक्टर की भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन https://si.rpfonlinereg.org/ एप्लिकेशन लिंक पर क्लिक करें और निम्न कार्य करें:
A) पुष्टि करें कि आपने चेक बॉक्स पर क्लिक करके स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देशों को पढ़ और समझ लिया है।
B) अपना नाम, जन्मतिथि और पिता का नाम दर्ज करें, मां का नाम, आधार संख्या (वैकल्पिक), राज्य / संघ राज्य, श्रेणी, शिक्षा बोर्ड, 10 वीं / मैट्रिक रोल संख्या, 10 वीं / मैट्रिक, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी पास करने का वर्ष और फिर पंजीकरण के लिए जमा करें। पंजीकरण के लिए जमा करने से पहले, सुनिश्चित करें कि पुष्टि करें कि सभी जानकारी सही हैं क्योंकि पंजीकरण के लिए प्रस्तुत विवरण बाद में नहीं बदला जा सकता है।

E) उपर्युक्त के रूप में आवेदन विवरण पूरा करने पर उम्मीदवार को भुगतान मोड का चयन करने के लिए भुगतान पृष्ठ पर निर्देशित किया जाएगा अर्थात बैंक (ऑनलाइन-> नेट बैंकिंग / क्रेडिट कार्ड / डेबिट कार्ड और ऑफ़लाइन-> अन्य मोड-> चालान के लिए बैंक शाखा) या डाकघर चालान और भुगतान प्रक्रिया को पूरा करें। कृपया प्रत्येक भुगतान विधि के लिए निर्दिष्ट अंतिम तिथि और समय नोट करें और समय पर आवेदन जमा करें।

जोन / आरपीएसएफ का विकल्प: उम्मीदवार समूह का चयन करेगा और उस समूह में गिरने वाले क्षेत्रीय रेलवे की अपनी प्राथमिकता को इंगित करेगा (समूह ई और एफ को छोड़कर)। ग्रुप ई और एफ का चयन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के पास केवल एनएफ रैली का विकल्प होगा। और क्रमशः आरपीएसएफ। एक बार समूह का चयन करने के बाद केवल उस विशेष समूह की रिक्तियों के खिलाफ विचार किया जाएगा।

सीबीटी के लिए परीक्षा भाषा का विकल्प: अभ्यर्थियों के पास कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के लिए निम्नलिखित भाषा विकल्प होंगे, जिनमें से उन्हें किसी को भी चुनना होगा: -
हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, उर्दू, तमिल, तेलुगु, कोंकणी, मलयालम, कन्नड़, मराठी, गुजुराटी, बंगाली, ओडिया, पंजाबी, असमिया और मणिपुरी।

G) रंगीन फोटोग्राफ अपलोड करना: अपलोड फोटो टैब का चयन करें और अपनी हाल की रंगीन तस्वीर अपलोड करें। तस्वीर को निम्नलिखित आवश्यकताओं का पालन करना चाहिए।

सफेद / हल्के रंग के पीछे जमीन के साथ रंग पासपोर्ट तस्वीर।
आकार 35 मिमी एक्स 45 मिमी की तस्वीर और उस पर मुद्रित दिनांक के साथ फोटो।

एक पेशेवर स्टूडियो में रंगीन तस्वीर विकसित की जा सकती है। मोबाइल और स्वयं रचित पोर्ट्रेट या सेल्फी का उपयोग करके ली गई तस्वीरों के परिणामस्वरूप आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिया जा सकता है।
तस्वीर में कैप और धूप का चश्मा बिना उम्मीदवार के स्पष्ट सामने दृश्य होना चाहिए।
चेहरे को कैमरे को सीधे देखकर चेहरे के क्षेत्र का कम से कम 50% हिस्सा लेना चाहिए।
चेहरे की मुख्य विशेषताएं सिर के बालों, किसी भी कपड़े या किसी भी छाया से ढकी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
माथे, आंखें, नाक और ठोड़ी स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देनी चाहिए।
यदि उम्मीदवार ग्लास पहनता है, तो तस्वीर में चश्मे पर कोई चमक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

H) उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान आवश्यकतानुसार और उपयोग के लिए उसी तस्वीर के कम से कम 12 (बारह) प्रतियां रखें।

(भौतिक दक्षता परीक्षा पीईटी) रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (आरपीएफ): सब-इंस्पेक्टर (एसआई) भौतिक दक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी)

भौतिक दक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी) :

सीबीटी में उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को पीओटी और पीएमटी के लिए ज़ोनल रेलवे / आरपीएसएफ के समूह में वर्गीकृत कुल रिक्ति के 10 गुणा तक बुलाया जाएगा। हालांकि, सभी अधिसूचित पदों के लिए पर्याप्त उम्मीदवारों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इस सीमा को बढ़ाया / घटाया जा सकता है। शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना (पीईटी) अनिवार्य है और यह प्रकृति में योग्यता प्राप्त करेगा। कोई अंक नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए। पीईटी के लिए मानदंड निम्नानुसार है:

ध्यान दें:

(i) 1600/800 मीटर की घटना के लिए केवल एक मौका दिया जाएगा। शेष घटनाओं जैसे लांग जंप और हाई जंप के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को प्रत्येक को 2 मौके दिए जाएंगे।

(ii) पूर्व सैनिकों को पीईटी से छूट दी जाएगी, हालांकि, उन्हें पीएमटी से गुजरना होगा।

(iii) विचाराधीन होने के लिए पात्र होने के अनुसार उम्मीदवार को सभी टेस्ट में अर्हता प्राप्त करनी होगी।

(iv) 1600 मीटर / 800 मीटर में अर्हता प्राप्त करने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को ऊंचाई और छाती के संबंध में योग्यता के लिए मापा जाएगा। छाती माप केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए लिया जाएगा। यदि पुरुष उम्मीदवार का अप्रत्याशित छाती माप योग्यता सीमा से नीचे है, तो विस्तारित माप नहीं लिया जाएगा और उसे अयोग्य माना जाएगा।

(v) पुरुष उम्मीदवार जिनके पास न्यूनतम ऊंचाई नहीं है, उन्हें छाती के माप के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा और उन्हें अयोग्य माना जाएगा।

(vi) अभ्यर्थी जिनके पास न्यूनतम ऊंचाई नहीं है, छाती (अप्रत्याशित / विस्तारित) को पीएमटी में विफल होने के रूप में माना जाएगा।

(vii) पीईटी / पीएमटी प्रकृति में योग्यता प्राप्त कर रहा है। कोई अंक नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए।

(viii) ऊँचाई और छाती माप से संबंधित शिकायतों के निवारण के लिए एक शिकायत निवारण कक्ष स्थापित किया जाएगा।

पाठ्यक्रम :

A सामान्य जागरूकता (50 अंक):

(कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा (सीबीटी) ) रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (आरपीएफ): सब-इंस्पेक्टर (एसआई) कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा (सीबीटी)

कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा (सीबीटी) :

I) सभी समूहों के लिए देश भर के विभिन्न केंद्रों में सीबीटी के लिए दिनांक और समय आयोजित किया जाएगा।

II) अभ्यर्थियों के पास कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के लिए निम्नलिखित भाषा विकल्प होंगे, जिनमें से वे किसी के लिए चयन करेंगे।

(1) हिंदी (2) अंग्रेजी (3) उर्दू (4) तमिल (5) तेलुगु (6) कोंकणी (7) मलयालम (8) कन्नड़ (9) मराठी (10) गुजुराती (11) बंगाली (12) ओडिया (13) ) असमिया (14) मणिपुरी और (15) पंजाबी।

III) परीक्षा का स्तर स्नातक स्तर होगा।

IV) उम्मीदवारों को सभी सवालों के जवाब देने की आवश्यकता होगी और प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 01 (एक) अंक से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए नकारात्मक अंक दिए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 1/3 अंक काटा जाएगा। प्रयास किए गए प्रश्नों के लिए कोई निशान नहीं दिया जाएगा या कटौती नहीं की जाएगी।

V) दिनांक, स्थान, रिपोर्टिंग समय, उपस्थिति, बॉयोमीट्रिक विवरण, टर्मिनल / सीट आवंटन आदि के संबंध में सीबीटी के लिए ई-कॉल पत्र में विस्तृत निर्देशों का उल्लेख किया जाएगा।

VI) परीक्षा कक्ष / कमरे में प्रवेश करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को उपस्थिति के रूप में उपस्थिति की आवश्यकता होगी जो अनुपस्थितियों के बयान के लिए आधार तैयार करेगा। सभी उम्मीदवारों के दोनों अंगूठे के हस्ताक्षर और बॉयोमीट्रिक अंगूठे इंप्रेशन सीबीटी परीक्षण में प्रकट होने के सबूत के रूप में प्राप्त किए जाएंगे।

VII) संबंधित हॉल / कमरे में प्रवेश करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार अपनी आवंटित सीट लेंगे। अभ्यर्थियों को किसी भी पुस्तक या किताब, पेपर, कैलकुलेटर, मोबाइल फोन, किसी भी विवरण के गैजेट या एक दूसरे से संवाद करने या परीक्षा कक्ष / कमरे के बाहर किसी भी व्यक्ति के साथ संवाद करने से लेकर परीक्षा कक्ष / कमरे में लाने से सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित किया जाएगा। केंद्र के प्रत्येक हॉल / कमरे की सीसीटीवी निगरानी / वीडियोोग्राफी इस तरह से आयोजित की जाएगी कि प्रतिरूपण की संभावना को कम करने के लिए उम्मीदवार का चेहरा परीक्षा के दौरान कब्जा कर लिया जाए।

VIII) अभ्यर्थियों को इस उद्देश्य के लिए प्रदान की गई उचित जगहों पर निर्दिष्ट उनके रोल नंबर और अन्य विवरण भरेंगे।

IX) किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा के समापन तक हॉल / कमरा छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। परीक्षा समाप्त होने के बाद, केंद्रीय भर्ती समिति के अध्यक्षों से प्राप्त निर्देशों के अनुसार संबंधित एजेंसी द्वारा आवश्यक अनुवर्ती कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

X) सीबीटी में अर्हता प्राप्त करने के लिए 35% अंकों (एससी और एसटी उम्मीदवारों द्वारा 30% अंक) प्राप्त करना आवश्यक होगा।

XI) सभी पात्र उम्मीदवारों को भारतीय रेलवे की वेबसाइटों से उम्मीदवारों द्वारा डाउनलोड किए जाने वाले ई-कॉल पत्र के अनुसार निर्दिष्ट दिनांक, समय और स्थान पर कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा से गुजरना पड़ता है। ई-कॉल लेटर डाउनलोड के बारे में जानकारी वेबसाइटों के साथ-साथ उम्मीदवारों को कर्मियों के ईमेल संचार के माध्यम से सूचित की जाएगी।

कुल अवधि: 90 मिनट
प्रश्नों की संख्या: 120

भर्ती प्रक्रिया :

आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर दिए गए लिंक के माध्यम से अधिसूचित पद के लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा केवल एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा किया जाना है। पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी), शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी) और शारीरिक मापन परीक्षा (पीएमटी) और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन (डीवी) शामिल होगा। सभी गतिविधियों के लिए दिनांक, समय और स्थान, अर्थात् सीबीटी, पीईटी, पीएमटी और डीवी या लागू होने वाली कोई अन्य अतिरिक्त गतिविधि सीआरसी द्वारा तय की जाएगी और निश्चित रूप से सूचित की जाएगी। उपर्युक्त गतिविधि में से किसी एक के स्थगन के लिए अनुरोध या स्थल, तिथि और शिफ्ट के परिवर्तन के लिए किसी भी परिस्थिति में मनोरंजन नहीं किया जाएगा।

(आरक्षण) रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (आरपीएफ): सब-इंस्पेक्टर (एसआई) आरक्षण

आरक्षण :

I) यह रोजगार अधिसूचना अनुसूचित जाति (अजा), अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी) और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (ओबीसी) के लिए आरक्षण का प्रावधान है - गैर क्रीमी लेयर (एनसीएल), जहां भी रिक्त स्थान में उल्लिखित लागू और स्वीकार्य है।

II) यूआर उम्मीदवारों के लिए मानदंडों की पूर्ति के अधीन, यूआर रिक्तियों के खिलाफ श्रेणी के बावजूद सभी उम्मीदवारों पर विचार किया जा सकता है। हालांकि विशिष्ट समुदायों (एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी - एनसीएल) के लिए निर्धारित रिक्तियों के खिलाफ, केवल उस श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों पर विचार किया जाएगा।

III) आरक्षण, एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी-एनसीएल का लाभ उठाने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को अनुलग्नक - ए (अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति उम्मीदवारों के लिए) और अनुलग्नक - बी (के लिए) के अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी से दस्तावेज सत्यापन जाति प्रमाण पत्र के समय प्रस्तुत करना चाहिए ओबीसी-एनसीएल उम्मीदवार)।

IV) ओबीसी-एनसीएल उम्मीदवारों के मामले में, प्रमाणपत्रों को विशेष रूप से संकेत देना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवार भारत सरकार की अनुसूची के कॉलम 3 में वर्णित व्यक्तियों / वर्गों (मलाईदार परत) से संबंधित नहीं है, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग ओएम। संख्या 36012/22/9 3-एस्टी। (एससीटी) दिनांक 08.0 9.9 3 और इसके बाद के संशोधन ओएम के माध्यम से। सं। 36033/3 / 2004- 0 9 .03.2004, 27.05.2013, 13.09.2017 के अनुमान (Res) और इस संशोधन सूचना की समाप्ति तिथि तक प्राप्त होने पर और संशोधन। इस अधिसूचना के खिलाफ पद के लिए आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वह ओबीसी-गैर मलाईदार परत श्रेणी से संबंधित है। ऐसे उम्मीदवार को DV के दौरान निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक वैध ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र तैयार करना चाहिए। इसके अलावा, श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र (ओबीसी) के अतिरिक्त, निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक घोषणा को उम्मीदवार द्वारा डीवी के दौरान प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए, कि वह मलाईदार परत से संबंधित नहीं है। जब तक आरक्षित श्रेणी (ओबीसी - एनसीएल) के सभी योग्यता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं किया जाता है, तो उम्मीदवार को ओबीसी श्रेणी की रिक्तियों और ऐसे उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी / आवेदन के खिलाफ विचार नहीं किया जाएगा, यदि सामान्य (गैर-आरक्षित) श्रेणी के लिए सभी योग्यता शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं, केवल सामान्य (यूआर) रिक्ति के तहत माना जाएगा।

V) अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / ओबीसी-एनसीएल के उम्मीदवार जो आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यता को पूरा करते हैं, यूआर रिक्तियों के खिलाफ भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। हालांकि, उन्हें यूआर उम्मीदवारों के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करना होगा और यूआर रिक्तियों के खिलाफ आवेदन करने वाले ऐसे एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी-एनसीएल उम्मीदवारों की उम्र सहित किसी भी छूट के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। हालांकि, उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन में अपनी वास्तविक श्रेणी का संकेत देना होगा।

परीक्षा शुल्क :

इस रोजगार नोटिस में अधिसूचित पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नीचे दी गई श्रेणी के अनुसार निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा:

2	अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / पूर्व-सैनिक / महिला / अल्पसंख्यक / आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के लिए। * रुपये का यह शुल्क 250 / - सीबीटी में उपस्थित होने पर बैंक शुल्क को विधिवत कटौती की जाएगी।	Rs. 250/-

नोट: अधिसूचित रिक्तियों को रद्द करने की स्थिति में, परीक्षा शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

भुगतान का प्रकार :

I) इंटरनेट बेकिंग या डेबिट / क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन शुल्क भुगतान।
II) ऑफ़लाइन शुल्क भुगतान के माध्यम से
a) एसबीआई बैंक चालान भुगतान मोड एसबीआई की किसी भी शाखा में।
b) कम्प्यूटरीकृत डाकघर की किसी भी शाखा में पोस्ट ऑफिस चालान भुगतान मोड।

02.07.2018 के 23.5 9 बजे तक ऑनलाइन भुगतान की अनुमति होगी और 30.06.2018 के 23.5 9 बजे तक खुद को पंजीकृत करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए 05.07.2018 के 23.5 9 बजे तक ऑफलाइन भुगतान की अनुमति होगी। हालांकि, पंजीकरण केवल शुल्क के भुगतान पर ही पुष्टि की जाएगी।

III) सभी लागू सेवा शुल्क उम्मीदवारों द्वारा उठाए जाएंगे। यदि शुल्क ऑफ़लाइन मोड के माध्यम से भुगतान किया जाता है जैसे कि (II) ए) और बी) उपरोक्त, रसीद को संरक्षित किया जाना चाहिए। दस्तावेज सत्यापन (डीवी) के समय मांग पर उत्पादित किया जाना चाहिए।

IV) अल्पसंख्यकों में मुसलमानों, ईसाइयों, सिखों, बौद्धों, जैनों और ज्योतिषियों (पारसी) को संशोधन / समाप्ति / समावेशन, यदि कोई हो, अधिसूचना की समाप्ति तिथि तक प्राप्त किया गया है। परीक्षा शुल्क के छूट का दावा करने वाले अल्पसंख्यक उम्मीदवारों को गैर-न्यायिक स्टाम्प पेपर पर "अल्पसंख्यक श्रेणी घोषणा" हलफनामे के बारे में प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी, जो कि उपरोक्त अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों में से किसी एक के हैं, जिससे विफल होने की उनकी विफलता खारिज कर दी जाएगी।

VI) सीबीटी में उपस्थित उम्मीदवार शुल्क वापसी के लिए पात्र होंगे। परीक्षा शुल्क वापसी (लागू होने वाली राशि) के लिए, उन्हें लाभार्थी खाते का ब्योरा देना चाहिए जैसे कि। लाभार्थी का नाम, बैंक का नाम, और खाता संख्या और आईएफएससी कोड। जहां भी लागू हो, परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ आवेदन नहीं किया जाएगा, संक्षेप में खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

पात्रता :

1. उम्मीदवार भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
2.उम्मीदवार जिसके मामले में योग्यता का प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक है, उसे परीक्षा में भर्ती कराया जा सकता है लेकिन नियुक्ति की पेशकश केवल भारत सरकार द्वारा आवश्यक पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के बाद ही दी जा सकती है।

Education Qualification:

Candidates should have the Educational/Technical qualifications indicated against the notified posts in the CEN from recognized Board/NCVT/SCVT as on the closing date for submission of the ONLINE application. Refer to Annexure-A for the prescribed qualification against each of the posts. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply. Diploma/Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of course completed Act Apprenticeship / ITI. Also, Graduate Act Apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.

Scale of pay:

Level 01 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with initial pay of ₹18000/- plus other allowances admissible at that time.

Age (as on 01.07.2018):

18 - 31 Years - Refer para 5.1 for age relaxations.

Stages of Exam:

There shall be a Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates qualified in the CBT shall have to undergo Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Marks will be normalized in the CBT.

General /OBC – Rs. 500/-
SC/ST – Rs. 250/-

How to Apply:

After completing the process at para 15 a, b, & c above, click on the “New Registration” link on the home page of the Online Registration portal of CEN 2/2018 for the recruitment of various posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay matrix and carry out the following:-

a. Confirm that you have read and understood the instructions clearly by clicking the check box.

b. Select the RRB to which you would like to apply. Please be aware that, RRB once selected cannot be changed after registration.

c. Registration Details: Enter your name, Date of Birth and Father's name as per para 1.7 of General Instruction, Mother's name, Aadhar number, State, SSLC/Matric Roll number, Year of passing SSLC/MATRIC, mobile number and email-id and then submit for registration. Candidates with ITI/NAC qualification alone can enter Roll number/year of passing for ITI/NAC qualification instead of SSLC/Matric. Before submitting for registration, ensure and confirm that all the information furnished above are correct as the details furnished for registration cannot be changed later. Please note that the email ID used for the registration must be yours and unique. Also note that both the email and mobile number will be verified during the Online application process with an OTP.

d. Verification of email ID and mobile number through OTP : On submitting the Registration details, an OTP will be sent to your email and another OTP to your mobile number. Click on the “Verify through OTP” link on the Home page of the online registration portal and enter the OTP received on your email and the OTP received on your mobile in the respective fields. You can proceed with the registration only by entering both the OTPs, Hence it is advised to ensure that the email id and mobile number is entered correctly during the Registration. On verification of both the email id and mobile number, an unique registration number is generated for the candidate. Candidate should note and preserve their registration number for later reference during the recruitment process and RRB will not entertain any request seeking registration number. Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” link on the home page using the registration number.

Method of Selection :

The decision of RRBs in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of ONLINE applications, issue of free Rail Passes, penal action for false information, modification of vacancies, mode of selection, conduct of CBT, allotment of examination centers, selection, allotment of posts to selected candidates etc., will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained by the RRBs in this regard.
RRBs will not be responsible for any inadvertent errors.

Candidates can apply for vacancies of any one RRB only through ONLINE application mode by visiting the official website of RRBs listed at Para 20.0.
a) Read all the Information and Instructions detailed in the CEN thoroughly before starting the filling up of application by clicking the CEN 2/2018 Link on the RRB website. It is essential that the candidate understands all information of the notification correctly to prevent any mistakes while filling application.
b) Scanned documents JPEG format to be kept ready before filling the application In order to ensure speedy filling up of application by the candidates, they should keep the following documents ready in digital form before logging in to the application page.
Candidate Photograph in color: JPEG image of size 20 to 50KB
SC/ST Certificate (Only for candidates seeking free travel pass): JPEG image of size 50 to 100KB
Scribe Photograph in color (Wherever applicable): JPEG image of size 20 to 50KB

e. In the Part 1 of application page, provide the details of Educational qualification, Community, Gender, Religion, ExSM, PWD, CCAA, Minority, Economically backward class, Age relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details.
f. On completion of application details as above, the candidate will be directed to the payment page to choose payment mode i.e Bank(online-net banking/credit card/debit card & offline-Challan) or Post Office- Challan as explained in para 7.1 and complete the payment process. Please note the last date and time specified for each mode of payment and submit the application well in time.
g. In case of online payment, you will be automatically directed to Part II of application for filling up additional details. Those paying through Bank-offline mode, the payment confirmation may take about an hour and hence they have to again login after 60 minutes and look for confirmation of payment status. The time period for payment confirmation shall vary from 24hrs to 48 hrs in case of Post Office payment. On getting the confirmation status, the candidate can start filling Part II of the application.
Candidates eligible for examination fee refund should provide the details of beneficiary account in which they would like to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary name, Bank name, Account Number and IFSC Code in the online application.
