Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or
wrong delivery. Those provisionally eligible candidates who do not get call
letter or who have been issued call letter with wrong name, community, cat. no.,
photograph and free travel authority (for SC/ST) may contact Railway Recruitment
Board Mumbai's office in person as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00
hrs for getting correct duplicate call letter.
Since the examination will also be held at centres other than Mumbai, candidates
who do not receive their call letter are requested to attend RRB Office
preferably on 29th and 30th August for the 01/09/2013 examination, 19th & 20th
Sept. for the 22/09/2013 examination and 3rd & 4th Oct. for the 06/10/2013
examination for collecting duplicate call letters so that the candidates whose
exam centre is outside Mumbai can reach the venue in time.
Candidates should bring adequate proof of having submitted application, i.e. copy of DD/IPO, photograph, age proof, caste certificate etc. Status of application along with other details can be seen on its website. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose name exists in the master list of eligible candidates
