RRB NTPC Document Verification Guidelines

Notification:

Candidates Alert-Document Verification for various posts of NTPC (G) under CEN 03/2015

1.0 Candidates shortlisted for Document verification and genuineness of their candidature are advised to read very carefully para 4 (i) to para 4(xv) of the result for the document verification dated 11-08-2017 for various NTPC (Graduate) posts under CEN 03/2015 available on RRB Allahabad website in regard to producing original certificates/document at the time of document verification.

2.0 The candidate should bring all relevant original certificates/documents (as applicable) at the time of document verification on the scheduled date and time.. Please also read para 5 of the result for the document verification dated 11-08-2017 very carefully in this regard.

3.0 The candidate should also bring 2 (two) sets of clear & legible self-attested photocopies each of the original certificates/documents mentioned against para no. 4 (i) to 4 (x) of the result for the document verification dated 11-08- 2017.

4.0 The Candidates, who sought exemption of examination fee on economically Backward class certificate, should bring and produce Income certificate for Economically Backward class in prescribed format (in the same
text as given in the prescribed format) as per Annexure-IV of CEN 03/2015 issued by competent authority given in Annexure-IV and issued on or before the date of submitting online application (on or before closing date 25-01-2016) at the time of document verification. The candidates, who sought exemption of examination fee on minority community, should submit Minority Community self-declaration as per Annexure-V of CEN-03/2015 on non-judicial stamp paper at the time of document verification. Please also read para 4.01 of CEN 03/2015 very carefully.

5.0 The candidates are advised to submit Medical Certificate, by an eye specialist in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-IX) of CEN 03/2015 available on RRB’s website at the time of document verification, in case they have applied for Traffic Apprentices (Cat. No. 2) and Goods Guard (Cat. No.4).

6.0 Please also read para 6 & 7 of the result for the document verification dated 11-08-2017 very carefully.

7.0 The Candidates are advised to attend document verification and genuineness of their candidature on their scheduled date and timing given in the result for document verification dated 11-08-2017 alongwith e-call letter for document verification downloaded from official website of RRB Allahabad, after reading points mentioned above and paras given in the result for Document verification dated 11-08-2017 as well as paras given in CEN
03/2015.
