Applications are invited from the citizens of lndia in the prescribed format from eligible and meritorious Scouts & Guides candidates for filling up 02 (Two) posts in Group 'C' category in Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay t.1900/- (Vl CPC) and 07 (Seven) posts in erstwhile Group 'D' in Pay Band-1 Rs. 5,200-20,200 with Grade Pay T. 1800/- (Vl CPC) against Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2016-17.

Age Limit:
Those applying for Group 'C' posts in Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- (Vl CPC): The candidate must have attained the age of 1B years and must not have attained the age of 29 years as on 01.01.20'17 i.e. must have been born not earlier than 02nd January 19BB and not later than 01't January, 1999.
Erstwhile Group 'D' posts in Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- (Vl CPC): The candidate must have attained the age of 1B years and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 01.01.2017 i.e. must have been born not earlier than 02nd January 1985 and not later than 01't January, 1999.
Examination Fee:
(i) The examination fee for all candidates except those mentioned in para
(ii) below : Rs.500/-(Five Hundred only)
(ii) For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/ ' Persons with a
provision for refunding the same to ' with disabilities (PWDs), Women, those who
actually appear in the written Minorities and Economically examination.
tsackward Classes : Rs. 250/. (Two Hundred and Fifty only)

The candidates, who apply in response to the Notification and are consideration for appointment against scout & Guides quota, will be basis of following criteria:
Syllabus:
History of Scoutlng/Guiding; Law and Promise; Organisation - Distt. & State Level; Training Center - Distt. & State level; Knowledge of Books; Scouting for Boys/Guiding for Girls in lndia; Motto left hand shake; Salute; Prayer; Flag Song; National Anthem; Know the National and Scouting flags; Social Services at various occasions; Hiking; Proficiency Badges, How these are earned?; Stages in Scouting/Guiding. Thinking Day; Progressive Training of Scouts/Guides/Rovers/Rangers; Pioneering; Handicrafts; lndian Railway/Jamborette; National Jamboree; Jamboree on the Air.
Organisation at National level, National Training Centers WAGGGSA/VOSMUprashtrapati Award Competition; Prime Minister Shield Competition, Community Development programmes, Aims and Methods of Scouting, How Scouting is useful in producing better citizens?
How To Apply:
1. Candidates should carefully read all the instructions given in the employment notification before filling the application form.
2. Application as per the prescribed format shall be submitted on A-4 size
good quality
paper. The Application can also be downloaded from the website of R{C, Hubballi
(www.rrchubli.in). The application should be.filled in English/Hindi languige
only. The applications written in other than in English/Hindi laiguages wilt ne
rej-ected.
3. The application should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and signed.
4. The candidate has to affix/paste (not to be pinned) one recent passport
size color photograph without cap & without coloured glasses (not older than
three months), duly
attested by signing partially on the application and partially on the photo in
the space provided for the purpose. Candidate is also required to enclose one
extra passport size photograph (same as the one affixed/pasted on the
application) along with the application.
