(Provisional Final Result) RRB Bilaspur : Recruitment of Jr. Engineer For Various Department "Against GDCE Quota"

Provisional final result of the following categories of posts of Jr. Engineers notified in CPO/SECR’s Notification No. P/HQ/RCT/217/GDCE/2012, dated 26.6.2012 – examination for which was held in conjunction with the identical categories of CEN No. 01/2012 - is published herewith: -

Category wise vacancies against GDCE quota notified by SECR and number of candidates empanelled for each are shown in ANNEXURE-I.

On the basis of 1st stage Written Examination held on 09.09.2012 and verification of candidature and documents on 18.10.2014 and again on 10.11.2014for the afore-mentioned categories, the candidates listed in Annexure II have been found  provisionally successful for empanelment for the category/post noted in the said annexure. Their names are being recommended to the indenting railway, viz. South East Central Railway, for appointment to the respective post subject to medical fitness etc. The Roll Numbers, as noted in Annexure II, are given in ascending order  and not in order of merit.

The selected candidates should note that the final result is provisional and empanelment is subject to verification of candidature and relevant documents by the concerned Railway, hence the mere empanelment does not confer on them any right to appointment on Railway unless (a) They produce original certificates of educational qualification, age and community etc, in support of their eligibility before the concerned Railway. This includes the originals of all certificates whose xerox copies were attached with the application form for the respective category (b) vacancies are available (c) they pass prescribed medical examination (d) complete the requisite administrative formalities/procedures and (e) their thumb impression, photograph, signature, handwriting and other details in their applications match before appointment/actual joining

All successful candidates are being advised individually through registered post. If at a later date, any candidate is found to be debarred by any RRB or any discrepancies/irregularities detected in respect of qualification, age community etc, then his candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled and appropriate action taken as per rule.

The final result is available on our website www.rrbbilaspur.gov.in.

The list indicating Roll Numbers of candidates in ascending order who were lower in merit and hence could not be considered for empanelment due to nonavailability of vacancies, although they were called for candidature and document verification is attached as ANNEXURE-III. These candidates are placed in standby list. There is no guarantee for empanelment of these candidates. Their names may only be considered for empanelment in due course if the indenting Railways ask for replacement panel within the specified time from this RRB against the shortfall due to declared medically unfit of the selected candidates or the selected candidates did not respond to the offers being sent by Railways to them.

List of candidate(s) whose result is withheld, subject to further investigation, is contained in enclosed Annexure-IV.

List of absentees, who did not appear for candidature & document verification even after giving two opportunities, is furnished in ANNEXURE-V.
