Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Section Engineer and Junior Engineer.

Posts Details:

1. General Manager (Signaling & Telecom)

Total No. of posts: 1

Qualification:

Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from an institute of repute.

Experience :

Minimum 17 years’ experience in one or more of the following:
(a) Group A Railways IRSSE
(b) Executive service in PSU/Metro Rail Corporation/private sector with expereince in Railways or Metro Projects.

The candidate should have sufficient exposure and experience in the planning, procurement, contract management, installation, testing and commissioning of Signaling & Telecommunication equipment in modern Metro Rail Systems.

Age Limit: 55 years

2. Manager (Urban Transport Planning)

Total No. of posts: 1

Qualification:

1st class Master’s degree in Planning with specialization in Transport Planning from an institute repute.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in transport planning or implementation domain with adequate exposure to the fields such as, Implementation of Transportation projects, transport/traffic (optimization) studies, Preparation / scrutiny of transport DPRs & Mobility Plans (CMP & NMT), Traffic Integration plans, transport / traffic related field surveys, data collection, computation and data analysis, knowledge on simulation and data processing softwares used in traffic/transportation studies etc.

Age Limit: 40 years.

3. Asst. Manager (Telecom)

Total No. of posts: 1

Qualification & Expereince:

Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from an institute of repute. Minimum 6 years expereince in installation, testing & commissioning of various Telecommunicaion systems in a Railway/Metro Rail

Age Limit: 35 years.

4. Assistant Manager (Urban Transport Planning)

Total No. of posts: 1

Qualification:

1st class Master’s degree in Planning with specialization in Transport Planning from an institute repute.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning or implementation domain with adequate exposure to the fields such as, Implementation of Transportation projects, transport / traffic (optimization) studies, Preparation / scrutiny of transport DPRs & Mobility Plans (CMP & NMT), Traffic Integration plans, transport / traffic related field surveys, data collection, computation and data analysis, knowledge on simulation and data processing softwares used in traffic/transportation studies etc

5. Section Engineer

Total No. of posts: 15

Age Limit: Minimum age should be 18 years as on 1st January 2016.

6. Junior Engineer

Age Limit: Minimum age should be 18 years as on 1st January 2016.

• The duly filled in application form submitted online may be printed and forwarded to the address given below along with application fee and self-attested copies of proof of age, qualifications & experience may be send by Registered post/Speed post/courier in an envelope superscribing the name of the post applied for.

• The application fee should be paid in the form of a demand draft for Rs. 500.00 drawn in favour of Kochi Metro Rail Ltd., payable at Kochi. This is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Applications shall be send to Dy. General Manager (HR & Training), Kochi Metro Rail Ltd., 8th Floor, Revenue Tower, Park Avenue, Kochi – 682 011 so as to reach the office latest by 10th February 2016.

• The application shall be forwarded to KMRL through Post/Courier service only. Applications forwarded though any other means including by fax or e-mail will not be entertained.
