Name of Post : Senior Manager / Manager (Human Resource)

Eligibility :

• He / She will be responsible for the Human Resource functions like Talent sourcing, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Policy,Organization Development, Competency Building, Statutory Compliances, Administration functions like Logistics Management, Security functions and office management, etc. He / She should possess the qualification of M.B.A. (HRM) / M.H.R.M. / M.S.W. with minimum 10-15 years of experience in the relevant field.Persons having the basic qualification of B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil) and / or having some exposure of working in Govt. Department / Organization may be given preference.

• He / She will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective Recruitment and Selection service to the Organization. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that key objectives, relating to the Recruitment and Selection service are achieved. He/she will also liaise with the other departments, to which they are linked, to ensure that the service provided meets their needs and standards.

Required Skills:

• Ability to handle employee’s disciplinary enquiries & representing in the statutory and judicial forum.

• Exposure in managing end-to-end HR / IR activities covering the entire gamut of establishment & welfare, employee discipline and employee engagement functions.

• Experience in managing the administrative activities of the company, expert in all facets of Indian Employment Law, experience of competency based selection, etc.

• In depth knowledge of all the statutory compliances activities that needs to be performed right from hiring of employee to exit an employee
