West Central Railway : Walk-in Interview For The Post of Medical Practitioners on Contract Basis - 2014

A walk-in-interview will be organized for filling up of 13 (Thirteen) posts of Full-Time Medical Practitioners in West Central Railway to work on contract basis. Eligible candidates are invited for interview on the date, time and venue given below:

All Candidates appearing in interview will be kept in merit list and vacancies occurring in near future will also be filled from this merrit list up by them. Suitable Candidates equal to the No of vacancies will be kept in Panel and remaining candidates will be placed in waitiing list .

At the time of posting the candidates can be posted at another hospital / health unit.

In case of non – availability of prescribed specialty candidate having alternate specialty and having qualification of General Duty doctor may be considered.

There is possibility of change in number of vacancies.
Age limit :

Less than 50 years

Retired Railway Doctors may also be engaged against existing regular vacancies for a period of one year or the regular incumbent joins or till they attain age of 65 years whichever is earliest.
Educational Qualification :
-
For General Duty Doctors: MBBS degree (With complete internship) from any university / institution recognized by Indian Medical Council.

For Specialists Doctors: Post Graduate degree/Diploma in the subject concerned from any university / institution recognized by Indian Medical Council.
Experience :
- For specialist medical practitioners three years experience is required.
Monthly Remuneration :
-
For Specialist Doctors – Rs. 65,000/-
-
For General Duty Doctors – Rs. 55,000

For Retired Railway Doctors - Rs. 46,000 subject to the condition that remuneration + pension drawn by them should not exceed the last pay drawn as per instructions given in Railway Board’s letter No. 2008/E(GR)II/1/1 dated 16-07-2012
