RITES Ltd. a premier consultancy organization is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working Technicians (Elect.) for its projects under Southern Region / Chennai. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance until completion of the assignment. Reservations & relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and Physically handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. orders.

Name of Post : Technicians (Electrical)

No. of Posts : 15 Posts

Age Limit :

• Upper age as on 01.03.2014  : 35 years

Basic pay :

• 7250/- (increment Rs.250/- per year)

Educational Qualification :

• ITI in Electrician trade preferably with “B” licence; “OR” Act apprentice from any Railway/ Govt. training institute.

Post Qualification Experience :

• One year field experience in wiring, air-conditioning, refrigeration, electrical machinery, repair / maintenance works, etc.

Venue :

• RITES Ltd., Mount Chambers, 4th floor, 758, Anna Salai, Chennai – 600002.

Date & Time :

• 24.03.2014 at 10.00 hrs onward

Note : Registration of the candidates will be between 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs.

Notes:

• Any kind of training/trainer/ apprenticeship experience shall not be counted towards post qualification experience. However, the period of on job traineeship (e.g.
  Executive trainees) shall be considered as experience.

• Candidates already working in RITES on contract in an equivalent position is not eligible to appear in the walk-in-interview.

• The applicants should also bring original mark sheets, degree and certificates of experience or any other documents (offer letter, 1st pay slip and last pay slip) to prove the period of experience mentioned in the bio-data and proof of identity of permanent address at the time of interview.
