The four arrested persons - Rajkumar Singh, Dinkar Pandey and Ajit Kumar, all from Rohtas, and Varun Kumar from Katihar - told cops that each of them gave Rs. 10,000 to Mukesh, who had planned the racket. However, Mukesh was not present when the cops conducted raid," said the IG. "Some original certificates and admit cards were recovered from their possession and we are also looking for question papers of the examination," he added.
According to police sources, Mukesh was the key person to control the whole operation from outside the examination hall. "He had hired some good students, called "scholars".
