Eligibility:

He should be qualified Company Secretary having very good skill in verbal and written communication and knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations with 5-7 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years of experience should be in a State Government organization / Undertaking. He/ She should be capable of effective liaison with Company Law Board, Registrar of Companies, etc. Candidates having the additional qualification of C.A. / L.L.B. may be preferred.
