The Central Railway invites ONLINE applications from the citizens of India for filling up One post each of the under mentioned disciplines (see 2 below) Group ‘C’ posts in Pay Band ` 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay ` 2000/1900/- against Cultural Quota for the year 2015-16 over Central Railway. The posts are open to all regardless of Community (UR, SC, ST & OBC).

Eligibility Conditions :

(a) Educational Qualification :

Passed 10 + 02 or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate from a recognised Board. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST/Exservicemen or where the candidates possess higher qualification i.e. Graduation/ Post Graduation etc from a Recognised University. For proof of Date of birth, candidate must submit only one certificate i.e. SSC Board Certificate or School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate.

 (b) Qualification in Cultural Discipline :

Age Limit:

UR : 18 to 29 years 

OBC:  18 to 32 years

SC/ST: 18 to 34 years

Examination Fee:

1. No examination fee for candidates belonging to SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability (PWD)/ Women/Minorities and Economically Backward Classes.
2. Economically Backward Classes candidates means those whose annual family income is less than `50,000/-. They have to enclose income certificate on prescribed format as per Annexure-C along with the downloaded application.
3. For Unreserved/OBC Male candidates not coming within the purview of Minority/Economical Backward Classes/PWD/ Ex-Servicemen, examination fee is ` 100/- for all categories.

How To Apply:

Candidates are required to apply ONLINE on the website of Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway www.rrccr.com. Before proceeding for online applications, the candidates who are not exempted from fee payment should get the IPO of ` 100/- in the name of “SPO(RT), Central Railway, Mumbai” Payable at Mumbai, and keep ready with them. The details of IPO are compulsorily required to be filled up for completing the online application process. Detailed instructions for filling up ONLINE applications are available on the website of RRC/CR. Brief Instructions to fill up the same are given in Para Nos.8.4 of this notification.

Instruction To Apply Online:

Candidates should apply only through ONLINE mode by visiting the website of www.rrccr.com. Before applying, candidates are advised to go through the instructions available on the website. The onus is on the candidate to prove that all the information provided/ submitted by him/her in the application is true.

1 Candidates are required to go to the link provided for filling ONLINE application and fill up the personal details/BIO-DATA etc. carefully.
2 Candidates are required to paste their passport size colour photograph (Black & White photograph is prohibited) at appropriate place on the downloaded and printed application form and signed across.
3 During submission of ONLINE application, a Registration Number will be issued to each applicant. Candidates are advised to preserve/note their Registration Number for further stages of recruitment process /correspondence with RRC/CR.
