National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), is a joint sector company of Govt. of India and Participating State Governments formed for implementation of High Speed Train Corridor Project in India.
The company invites application from the regular officials working in S&T department of Indian Railways or having a valid lien in Indian Railways for the post of Senior Manager (S&T) on absorption basis in its Project Offices: -

Qualification And Experience :
Diploma/BE/B. Tech in any discipline from a recognised Institute/ College/ University.
(A) Minimum 20 years work experience.
(B) The candidate should be in the Pay Matrix of Level 7 to 9 of 7 th CPC of CDA (GP 4600, 4800 and 5400 of 6th CPC) on regular basis for a minimum period of 1 year.
(C) The official should have experience of construction/commissioning of signaling gears for a minimum period of 5 years

Job Description :
The official is required to perform the following function:
1. Study and Review of Basic and Detailed design of Signaling and Telecommunication Systems.
2. Preparation of bid specification for Signalling, Telecommunication and Operation Control center works.
3. Tender evaluation and contract management
4. Review of detailed designs of above works and
5. Planning and monitoring of work progress
6. Installation of Signal & Telecom equipment including Electronic Interlocking, ATC, Track circuits, Point machine, Axle counters, Train radio, SDH, Exchanges etc.
7. Testing and commissioning of the S&T equipments.
8. Quality assurance of S&T works
9. Execution of Signal and Telecommunication contract
10. Coordination with other wings for managing interfaces
11. Establishment of IT and telecom facilities at site offices.
12. Any other related works assigned by the management
